Main safety valves and high-temperature, high-pressure safety valves are mainly used on power plant boilers, pressure vessels, and desuperheating and pressure-reducing devices to prevent pressure from exceeding the maximum allowable pressure and to ensure safe operation of the equipment. When the medium pressure rises to the set pressure, the impulse safety valve opens, and the medium enters the piston chamber of the main safety valve from the pulse pipe, pushing the piston down to automatically open the valve. When the impulse valve is closed, the valve disc automatically closes again.

Product Working Principle and Applications: A lever-type safety valve utilizes a counterweight and lever to balance the force acting on the valve disc. Based on the lever principle, it can use a relatively lighter counterweight to obtain a larger acting force through the lever's safety mechanism and adjust the opening pressure of the safety valve by moving the position of the counterweight (or changing the mass of the counterweight).
The GA42H single-lever safety valve is applicable to equipment and pipelines with air, steam, and other media operating at temperatures ≤450℃, serving as a pressure relief device. When the pressure inside the equipment and pipelines exceeds the allowable value, the valve automatically closes to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and pipelines.
