The GA42H single-lever safety valve is applicable to equipment and pipelines with air, steam, and other media operating at temperatures ≤450℃, serving as a pressure relief device. When the pressure inside the equipment and pipelines exceeds the allowable value, the valve automatically closes to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and pipelines.
Product Structural Characteristics:
1. The lever-type safety valve has a simple structure, making it easy and relatively accurate to adjust.
2. The added load does not increase significantly due to the rising of the valve disc, suitable for high-temperature situations.
3. The lever-type safety valve structure is relatively bulky, and the loading mechanism is prone to vibration, often causing leakage due to vibration; its reseating pressure is relatively low, and it is not easy to close and maintain tightness after opening.
