Swing check valve
A check valve is a valve that automatically prevents the backflow of fluid. The valve disc opens under fluid pressure, allowing fluid to flow from the inlet side to the outlet side. When the inlet pressure is lower than the outlet pressure, the valve disc closes automatically under the action of fluid pressure difference, its own weight, and other factors to prevent fluid backflow. It features good process performance and a wide applicable pressure and temperature range. It is easy to install and operate in engineering applications. It is mainly divided into lift check valves, swing check valves, and vertical check valves.

Flanged/Welded Hydraulic Check Valve
Flanged/Welded Hydraulic Check Valve
Hydraulic check valves are mainly used in the steam turbine extraction system of thermal power plants to protect the steam turbine. When the steam turbine suddenly loses its load, the valve should close quickly to prevent steam backflow and turbine overspeed accidents. The valve has a pressure-assisted closing system, which is characterized by fast and reliable closing without affecting the normal opening of the valve.
Air release check valve
The air-release check valve is installed on the high-pressure feed water pump outlet pipe of the thermal power unit to prevent backflow of feed water and protect the feed water system. This valve works with the minimum flow automatic recirculation bypass valve of the water pump. When the feed water pump is under low load or the outlet stop valve is closed, the automatic recirculation bypass valve should be in the open position to ensure the safe operation of the water pump. When the air-release check valve is opened, the recirculation bypass valve automatically closes. It is not suitable for media containing solid particles and high viscosity.
Minimum flow control valve
The minimum flow regulating valve, also known as the boiler feedwater pump recirculation valve, is installed at the outlet of the feedwater pump in a power plant, connecting to the deaerator. The boiler feedwater pump draws water from the deaerator and sends it to the boiler. To prevent the feedwater pump from overheating and to prevent cavitation, the flow rate of the feedwater pump must never be less than a certain specified safety flow rate, i.e., the minimum flow rate.

The discharge valve is derived from the gate valve and uses a 90-degree rotation of the gear to lift the valve stem to achieve the purpose of opening and closing. The discharge valve not only has a simple structure and good sealing, but also small size, light weight, low material consumption, small installation size, and especially small driving torque, making it easy to operate and easy to achieve rapid opening and closing.

Full-opening safety valve with radiator
The A40Y safety valve with radiator is suitable for equipment and pipelines with air, petroleum gas, and other media operating at temperatures ≤ 400℃, acting as an overpressure protection device. When the pressure inside the equipment and pipelines exceeds the allowable value, the valve automatically opens and fully discharges; when the pressure drops to the specified value, the valve automatically closes to ensure safe operation of the equipment.
