High-temperature, high-pressure, integral forged steel gate valve
It is a high-pressure gate valve forged as a whole, with a diameter ranging from 1/2 to 24 inches, i.e., DN600. It is mainly used in steam pipelines of power plants with Class 150~4500 working temperatures of -29~425℃ (carbon steel) or -29~650℃ (stainless steel, chrome-molybdenum steel) to shut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. By selecting different materials, it can also be used for various media such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, and urea. It is used in pipelines in various working conditions such as chemical plants and thermal power plants to cut off or connect media. Applicable media include water, oil, and steam.
Operating methods include: manual, gear drive, electric, etc.
Minimum flow control valve
The minimum flow regulating valve, also known as the boiler feedwater pump recirculation valve, is installed at the outlet of the feedwater pump in a power plant, connecting to the deaerator. The boiler feedwater pump draws water from the deaerator and sends it to the boiler. To prevent the feedwater pump from overheating and to prevent cavitation, the flow rate of the feedwater pump must never be less than a certain specified safety flow rate, i.e., the minimum flow rate.
