Pound-class spring-loaded safety valve

Safety valves are used on pressure vessels such as boilers and pressure containers as overpressure protection devices. When the pressure of the medium inside the protected equipment rises abnormally and exceeds the specified value, the valve automatically opens and then fully opens to prevent the pressure from continuing to rise; when the pressure drops to the specified value, the valve automatically closes to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. With the arrival of the replacement cycle for imported equipment safety valves in China and China's accession to the WTO, based on ISO4126 "General Requirements for Safety Valves", API526 "Steel Flanged Safety Relief Valves", ASME/ANSIB16.5a "Pipe Flanges and Flanged Fittings", and other standards, and drawing on the experience of domestic and foreign manufacturers of similar products, this factory has compiled this catalog based on the data from the past 10 years of production of American standard safety valves for users and agents to refer to when selecting products.

Double spring safety valve

This valve is suitable for equipment or pipelines with steam, water, and other media operating at temperatures ≤350℃, serving as a pressure relief device. The connection flange conforms to the JB/T 79 standard.

Spring-loaded safety valve

A42Y-160/320;A42Y-160P/320P

The A42Y-C type is suitable for equipment or pipelines with air, petroleum gas, and other media where the operating temperature is ≤300℃.
The A42Y-P/R type is suitable for equipment or pipelines with corrosive gaseous media where the operating temperature is ≤200℃, serving as a pressure relief device.
Connecting flanges conform to JB/T 79 standard.

Flanged Gate Valve

PN2.5-4.0MPa

A straight-through stop valve is a common shut-off valve with characteristics such as a valve seat surface that is not easily worn or scratched; good sealing, long life; good process performance and a wide applicable pressure and temperature range. The closing member moves along the center line of the valve seat, and the change in the valve seat passage is directly proportional to the stroke of the valve disc, with a small valve disc stroke and short opening and closing time. The valve has a small height, making it easy to install and operate in engineering and use. It is generally not used to regulate flow. Main drive methods include: manual, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic.

Diaphragm balanced safety valve

WA42Y-16C/25/40 WA42Y-16P/25P/40P

This valve is suitable for equipment or pipelines with operating temperatures ≤200℃, unstable back pressure, or toxic and corrosive media, or occasions with high back pressure, acting as a pressure relief device.
Connecting flanges are in accordance with JB/T79 standard.
